Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the West Control Solutions VE651L4105 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out West-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 5X00230G011P00086G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3010L02T34140000 manufactured by West-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most West-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1221395C by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Westinghouse Brand 1172C53H01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westcode such as 8135A14H02 equipment made by Westcode have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westcode products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westcode" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 70531016 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 1C31132G01 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N6101Z210000 by West and 8135A14H02 spares by Westcode are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2840A18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
